My dedicated friend. I respect you for your infinite patience, it must be like a constant meditation working like you do. And the way you build up the image, to me it's so illogic, but you manage to keep the levels balanced...great work. One crit: Somehow, comparing to the reference, she lost some of her feminine look. I can't figure out why. Maybe because the red in the lips is gone. Thanks for the wip. Is it allright if I use it for my students?

Just spending 22 days on a piece is supernatural. But clearly it pays off, it is exceptional. wonderful. I am very impressed. I can't stop looking at it. wow, you really know your stuff. i'm totally blown away by the eyes, every tiny detail and reflections. the lips are very authentic, as is the hair and jacket. i noticed, in your steps, that you finish it piece by piece, is that better or easier than shading it all to a degree and going back over it again until its more detailed?
